I just wanted to post about some online games I play. Updates and such will be in the comments. Site urls will be after name.
Star Wars Galaxies (http://www.starwarsgalaxies.com): I haven't actually played this much since the Combat Update. Personally, I think that the CU ruined the game. Not sure about any updates recently.
City of Heroes (http://www.coh.com): Ah, the good ol' CoH. Super heroes flying around the city, blasting away bad guys. The most recent update on the live servers is Issue 4. It gave arena's and such, where players could battle each other with no real consequence. However, on the test center, or "Training Room", Issue 5 is already in play. Issue 5 releases Sonics for the Defender and Blaster archetypes, Trick arrows for the Defender and Controller archetypes, and Archery for Blaster and Defender Archetypes. They also released a new zone called "Croatoa", with creatures that were around during the Halloween event, namely the Coven (Now named Cabal), a group of witches, and the Fir Bolg, a group of Pumpkins with flaming heads. And 2 new groups, 1 with a VERY complicated name that I can't remember, and Red Caps. They also have a giant bald dude with skulls, but I haven't fought him yet.
The Matrix Online (http://www.thematrixonline.com): MxO... Sadly, I am going off this a bit now. For one, it gets boring in the high levels... But now, the creators of SWG (Star Wars Galaxies), SOE, have bought it out! People say "It can only get better", but I go with the other 3/4 of people saying "They will make this game go the same way as SWG!". SWG has, in my opinion, lost many subscribers because of the CU, me included. However, this game has a few things going for it. The Live Events Team (LET), do live events pretty regularly. First, we started finding RSI fragments of Neo, showing a kind of poem. Then, an LET member took control of Morpheus and showed the Code status of the One. However, when the "Shapers", who joined together the fragments, were captured by the machines, there were "AG3NT N30"'s walking around... Actually spelt like that! they had purple lightning to summon them, but they were weaker than the normal Agents, who were level 255, when you could only get level 50.
Now, I have to point out, a Truce was in effect. The only time Agents attacked was when you were in a Restricted zone too long, or staying in a mission area.
Anyway, eventually, fake Agents came to the matrix, with red eyes, but were killable. However, after this, the RSI fragments disappeared. Then, HE showed up. The Assassin wears a white Porcelain mask, and can kill anyone. A master shadow is supposed to be seperated from the world at his will, and can move around, but not be touched... Well, the Assassin killed a Master Shadow with ease. However, we have an Auto-jackout procedure in the truce, allowing us to live... Apparently, when the Assassin killed Morpheus, he bypassed this. The apparent "Morpheus" was setting a Code Bomb, which would allow Blue Pills, or Unawakened, be forcefully woken up from the Matrix, in a factory. Just as he was leaving, a fly showed where the Assassin was hiding. Morpheus jumped from the railing as bullets shot at the place he jumped from. The code bomb went off as the Assassin run back into the corrider. Thinking he was safe, "Morpheus" walked down the alley... as the vent opened, and the Assassin flowed right out of it, firing. He got "Morpheus" in the chest, and it knocked him down. Then, the Assassin shoots him 6 times in the head. The quotes were for the fact that I don't think that Morpheus was the real one, and that the real one is in hiding.
God, got too into the Matrix scene. But, I must say, the Live Events do help the story... but it is kinda thrown outta the way with all the gankers and such. On Hostile servers, you are auto PvP (Player versus Player) enabled at level 16, and even a level 50 can kill you, with nothing bad on his side. And, to add fuel to the fire, Hackers and Knife Throwers are overpowered. They can stun, and kill you in almost no time.
Ok, enough with MxO.
If you want to know anything more, I will post in comments with updates, or just go to the sites.

Well, it isn't big, but Black Cats are now everywhere in Richland, the starting area for the Matrix Online. Apparently, glitches are everywhere...
